This is another workout from the HockeyOT program, this is a good workout for hockey players who want to improve their speed and agility. I like this workout because it resembles the movement that is required for a good stride and it gives your legs a good workout.

The other nice thing about the Skater hops is that they do not require any special equipment, you can work these into any workout routine whether at home or the gym.
