This is an easy workout for improving strength and shot power. Personally it’s my least favourite, I’m not sure why but I’ve always disliked chin-ups. I’m motivated to do them though because I was told whatever workout I dislike the most is probably the one I need to do the most.

Do three sets of chin-up with a 90 second break in between each set. Try to do more chin-ups each week.
