This is another workout from our HockeyOT workout routine. So far we have been really enjoying the workouts, the routines are challenging with some new workouts each time.
What the One Leg Pitcher Works
This is a good workout to use before the heavier lifting. It works your core, legs, and arms. It is also a great workout to use for balance. I like this workout because it requires your legs, core and arms to work in unison, I like workouts that tie these muscle groups together because I feel it will help with shooting and stickhandling.
