This is another one of my favourite shot power workouts because it uses the legs, core, and arms together to produce power. My other favourite shot power workout is the Medicine ball throws.
This workout requires a barbell and some weight plates so you will need to do it at a gym. In order to perform this workout you put your prescribed amount of weight on the barbell and then place the other end in a corner. Bend down and grab the barbell with both hands, the explosively drive up and push the weight overhead, then rotate and set the weight down on the other side and repeat.
