This is a very good drill for agility and acceleration. I like this one because it is simple, challenging, and does not require much equipment.

Arrange 4 cones in a 10 metre by 10 metre box. Sprint to the first cone, then do side shuffles to the next, back pedal to the next cone and then carioca

You can actually make an entire routine with the agility cones, there are a lot of different patterns you can run and footwork drills that you can do.
